Architectural Drafter - Full Time

Job Duties:
Candidate will be in a production role drafting and assisting designers and project managers. Project scope includes commercial, governmental, industrial, residential, new construction, renovations and design-build projects.

Qualifications:

• 1-5 years experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Familiar with construction documents and redlining

Architect/Project Manager - Full Time

Job Duties:

• Create architectural plans, details, and architectural assemblies.
• Code analysis
• Product review and research
• Respond to code officials to obtain approvals
• Lead team effort to complete project documents
• Coordinate H.V.A.C., electrical, and plumbing system design
• Meet with clients to review design needs
• Coordinate architectural information with all consultants
• Construction Administration (review shop drawings, respond to RFI's, attend pay/progress meetings and update owner and contractor on status of open items and issues in question)
• Document construction progress and site observations
• Review change orders and pay applications

Qualifications

• Licensed architect with Master's or Bachelor's degree
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Prefer 10 years of experience
